SS House specialises in fragrance samples and decants of designer perfumes and colognes. Our products are independently rebottled into smaller sample sizes (1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, and 30ml) to allow customers to try fragrances without purchasing a full bottle.
SS House is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the original fragrance brands or manufacturers. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.
3. Product Accuracy
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of all fragrances. However, fragrance experiences can vary from person to person. SS House does not guarantee that customers will like a scent.
Customers are responsible for reviewing fragrance notes and descriptions before purchasing.
4. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
6. Shipping
Once orders have been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the shipping carrier. SS House is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products and the fact that samples are decanted to order, all sales are final.
SS House does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or if you do not like the fragrance.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, product descriptions, and design, is the property of SS House and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
SS House is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects caused by fragrance products. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are not sensitive to fragrance ingredients before use.
