Thank you for shopping with us. As our products are fragrance samples and decants that are prepared to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.



No Returns or Refunds



Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind or if you decide you do not like the scent after purchase.


We strongly encourage customers to review fragrance notes and descriptions carefully before purchasing.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders



If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item



We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.



Lost or Delayed Orders



Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
